1) Check out our Member Portal for all your membership needs. Be sure to “create your account” and link barcode or license plate prior to submitting.
2) Reach out to our Customer Care Team at (818)914-4341, Monday – Friday, 9 am — 5 pm
3) E-mail us at unlimited@waterdropscarwash.com with your full name, the reason for cancellation, the phone number listed on your account, and the last 4 digits of your RFID barcode number.

VOICEMAILS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID CANCELLATION REQUEST. Be sure to use the portal or the email request prior to your renewal date!

If your card is expiring, have no fear as we have a feature where your bank will inform our credit card processor and updates expired or outdated card information stored in our system.

If it’s stolen or lost, you have 3 options:

1) Login online to our Customer Portal. Be sure to register your account first prior to entering
2) Cancel / Pause your account. Upon visiting us after your prepaid month has come to expire, the kiosk or teller will prompt whether you would like to reactivate or not. Simply present your new card and you’re all set!
3) Please give us a call at Unlimited Drops Membership team at 818-914-4341

Check out our new Online Store or feel free to visit the location of your choosing, each kiosk will prompt you to select the package and then insert your credit card of choice. Please note that cash is NOT accepted as this is a recurring membership.

We have monthly plans and yearly plans, which renew on the anniversary day.

Monthly Member
 Sign-up day is 4/12/2026. Recurring billing would take place 5/12/2026.

Yearly Member
Sign-up day is 4/12/2020. Recurring billing would take place 5/12/2021.

NO! Our unlimited membership is intended for individual use on a SINGLE vehicle. While we understand the desire to share the benefits, using the membership on multiple vehicles is NOT PERMITTED. A Family Plan may be better suited for multiple vehicles and savings.

To ensure fairness for all members, the membership is limited to one vehicle per account. Attempting to use the membership on additional vehicles would be considered a violation of our terms and could result in the following:

Consequences of Misuse

— Permanent suspension of the membership with no option for reinstatement
— Potential legal action through small claims court to recover any owed fees

We aim to provide a positive experience for all our members. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the single-vehicle limit. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Limited to 1 wash per day. If you’re having any issues with your wash, please let a wash attendant know immediately!

There are two membership types. The Single Drop Membership is our basic wash for only $19.99 a month. The Double Drop is only $29.99, and our Triple Drop membership, our most advanced wash, is only $34.99 a month. You may also opt for the Yearly option for more savings. Yearly Plans are $335 for Double Drop and $378 for the Triple Drop.

A parent account will pay full price on a monthly membership. Each additional vehicle will be charged only $20 per month. MUST USE ONE CREDIT CARD, and the system will automatically update the next billing cycle accordingly.
